Rules & PoliciesHeight, Weight, and Age Minimums: Laser Tag - Must be 5 years old to play. Go-Karts - Must be 36″ to ride along in a double seater go-kart and must be 48″ to drive their own kart. Escape Room - Inflatables – Must be above 36″ to bounce on the inflatables. There are no age or height minimums for the arcade games or bowling. Height, Weight, and Age Limits: Inflatables – Must be 6 and under to bounce on the inflatables Go-Karts – Must be under 350 lbs and able to buckle the seat belt to drive.
FAQsHow do I pay for my visit to The Palace? At the Palace, there is no charge for admission! Simply visit, load a desired dollar value onto a Palace Game Card at one of our point of sale stations or automated kiosks, and enjoy all games and attractions in the facility with simple swipes of your card – the corresponding dollar amount of the attraction or game will be automatically deducted from your initial loaded dollar value. All attractions can be paid for using your Palace Game Card! Attraction and arcade game pricing is as follows: Attractions range from $5.00 to $15.00 per person and arcade games range from $1.00 to $3.00. Please visit the The Palace Attractions page for a detailed pricing list. Are there any height, weight or age requirements? Yes! To keep everyone safe and abide by state regulations, we do have certain age and height requirements. Please find them listed below. Can I bring in outside food and drinks? Unfortunately, you are not allowed to bring in outside food or drinks unless they are a birthday cake, cupcakes or ice cream that are brought for an officially booked Palace birthday. You may, for a $50.00, fee bring in your own food for an officially booked Palace birthday party. What are your hours? Birthday Party FAQsHow do I book a Party or Event? To book a party, please click or tap “Book My Party” Can I bring in outside food and drinks for a party? Unfortunately, you are not allowed to bring in outside food or drinks unless they are a birthday cake, cupcakes or ice cream that are brought for an officially booked Palace birthday. You may, for a $50.00, fee bring in your own food for an officially booked Palace birthday party. May I decorate the party room? Yes, you may bring in decorations that include themed party accessories, balloons or a banner that may be taped to the wall. You may not bring in confetti, bales of hay or balloons filled with confetti. Can I buy additional game cards? Yes, we offer several different options that include bonus amounts. Do I need to schedule in advance? Yes, all parties must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Is there a deposit? Yes a 50% deposit must be made for each party. What if there is inclement weather? The Palace reserves the right to cancel a party if its employees or your guests are not able to safely travel to the facility due to severe weather or other extenuating circumstances. Should a party be canceled due to the weather we will do our best to reschedule the party as soon as possible. Cancellation Policy: No cancellations within 14 days of the scheduled party, no refunds or rescheduling. Any no show parties forfeit their deposit. Any cancellation over 14 days results in deposit being credited to a future party within 90 days at The Palace. All prices and offers are subject to change without notice.
